This day we toured three major frescoes by Diego Rivera in San Francisco. Led by Will Maynez who is the major repository of all manner of information of Diego's and Frieda Kahlo's long association in SF.

This monumental piece, 22'x74', was created for the Golden Gate International Expo celebrating the unity of North and South on this North America Continent. Diego specifically wanted to show how interconnected the US and Mexico should be.
